she allowed the case to go ahead? you do know the CPS prosecute dont you, not the victim?

Re: ched evans
I'll explain for you. While you were calling beard I C&Ped my post from January 2015 saying I had read the appeal documents that were being filed with the courts.

Yes I knew that the girl did not claim to the police that she had been raped but she allowed the whole case to go ahead. How hard would it have been to have said "I don't want to press rape charges against these two men because I picked up at least one of them at 3am and went to his hotel willingly..."

She expected compensation and Face Booked about buying two pink minis for herself and her best mate. She had a vested interest in "forgetting" what had happened. That way she cannot be a liar....

That's the reason I think the law has become tilted too far in the favour of women making up charges of rape...

I'm finished now as I actually do have a life where the thoughts of Willtell don't figure to highly to my wife and 3 dogs that need a long walk...

Re: ched evans
Most of those comments were made by me after he had finished his jail term and got chucked out of Sheffield Utd and Oldham because of the protests.

The retrial hadn't even started or been spoken about. Here's one of my first posts on this subject -

"Willtell 11:04 Fri Jan 9
Re: Ched Evans

"I think the big question you have to ask yourself is this? If you work for a large organisation, as I do, and you were convicted of rape would you get the job you are doing at the moment?"

No you wouldn't. Probably not in a small organisation either. Especially if you had to work with women.

The whole point about this in my view, is that Evans still protests his innocence and wouldn't apologise. Having read about it in detail including the appeal documents there is a real possibility in my mind, that Evans was not actually guilty.

I can imagine how easy it is for young girls to trap a footballer these days...."

But really who fucking cares anymore? Ched Evans has been found innocent.

you looked beyond the media reports etc, but still claim she cried to the police that she was raped? when in fact she actually went to report her handbag stolen...

I call beard

Re: ched evans
you only have to click on 'show messages in chronological order' to see that nearly everyone thought he was innocent before the retrial began.

if you google one of the old ched evans threads you'll see pretty much the same thing.

Willtell 11:50 Tue Oct 25
Re: ched evans
Actually Marston in your case that's true - you did say you thought he was innocent iirc but most didn't so as don't understand English I'll repeat it for you -
"If I said things that upset you poor sensitive souls then fuck you all... Get yourselves a life...."

Marston Hammer 11:46 Tue Oct 25
Re: ched evans
willtell,
the majority on here thought he was not guilty so i'm really sure who you're referring to when you say 'you lot'.

people aren't giving you stick because you thought he was innocent - they're giving you stick because of the rapey comments you've been using to defend your position.

Willtell 11:30 Tue Oct 25
Re: ched evans
Don't take it so hard that I said all along that Ched Evans had been treated harshly. That's been proven now in a court of law to be correct. You lot followed the media line of rapist footballer takes advantage of innocent girl fanned by a woman MP and Jessica Ennis-Hill.

The fact is she was a slapper which was obvious to anyone that looked deeper than the media reports that were slating Evans. I looked below the media surface and read the court reports published for the legal profession. You lot didn't.

If I said things that upset you poor sensitive souls then fuck you all... Get yourselves a life....

Re: ched evans
I suspect Willtell's point is that there are in reality, but not in law, varying degrees of seriousness of rape. For instance, few would argue that a girl of 16 days and one day fucking her deeply loved boyfriend of 15 years and 364 days is as serious as a serial killer abducting at knifepoint, dragging the woman to the nearest sewer, keeping her imprison there for a month and finally raping her prior to cutting her throat. Everything else is somewhere in between.

I must say, though, I'm quite enjoying Willtell making himself look rapey in attempting to make this point.

'oh and again, just remember she didnt go to the police to report she'd been raped.'

No, but when it was put to her that she had been she agreed. Otherwise she would have said, 'no, I wasn't raped', I presume.

Re: ched evans
'girls that got so legless that they couldn't say that long and complicated word "NO" deserved what they got.'

Can't you see that using the word "deserved" there makes it look like you think rapists are upstanding avengers punishing offences against female sobriety?

Re: ched evans
I said that "In my day girls that got etc etc..." That's true - they were. But the point is that you think you're point scoring and all you're doing is making yourself look like the pathetic, obsessive stalker that gets his kicks by point scoring on a football forum.

You're just upset that I keep being proved right and your pathetic ego won't let go! Serioulsy pal see a psychiatrist because I'm totally bored with nutters like you.
